City Palace & Lake Pichola — A sprawling palace complex overlooking Lake Pichola — visit the City Palace Museum, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen's garden), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir and the Pratap Memorial. End the evening with a breathtaking sunset boat tour on Lake Pichola.
Haldighati & Nathdwara — Haldighati — the legendary turmeric-coloured mountain pass in the Aravalli range, famous for the chivalrous deeds of Maharana Pratap. Nearby, the Nathdwara temple is one of Rajasthan's most sacred Vaishnavite shrines.
Chittorgarh Fort — One of the largest and oldest forts in India and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — built by the Mauryans in the 7th century. Visit Rana Kumbha Palace, Meera Mandir, Kali Mata Mandir, Padmini Palace and Vijay Stambha within the fort.
Sahelion Ki Bari — The Queen's garden retreat — a beautiful 18th-century garden with fountains, kiosks, marble elephants and lotus pools, built by Maharana Sangram Singh for the royal ladies of the court.
On arrival at Udaipur Airport (50-min transfer to city), check in to your hotel. Afternoon sightseeing includes City Palace Museum, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen's garden for friends), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) and the Pratap Memorial. In the evening, enjoy a breathtaking sunset boat tour on Lake Pichola — admire the City Palace along the east bank and pleasant gardens on the south bank. Overnight in Udaipur.
