Sikkim is a tiny Himalayan kingdom at the foot of Kanchenjunga (8,586 m) — the world's third-highest peak. Gangtok (5,500 ft), the capital, is the base for exploring Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) and New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft) near the Tibetan border, as well as the monasteries, viewpoints and the Institute of Tibetology that make up Gangtok's full-day city tour.
Darjeeling (6,950 ft) is the quintessential colonial hill station — Tiger Hill's 4 AM sunrise over Kanchenjunga is one of India's most iconic experiences. The circuit then continues to Kalimpong (4,091 ft) with its Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill and famous flower nurseries, before the final drive back to Bagdogra Airport.

Meet and greet at Bagdogra International Airport — transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft), the capital of Sikkim (~125 km / ~5 hrs). Check in to your hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure — enjoy Gangtok's MG Marg promenade, local cafes and mountain views. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
