Haridwar is one of the seven holiest places in Hinduism, where the Ganges descends from the Himalayas onto the plains. The evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri — with thousands of diyas floating on the river — is one of India's most magical experiences. The circuit also visits Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi, Maya Devi and Daksha Mahadev temples.
Just 25 km upstream lies Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Its iconic suspension bridges (Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula), the musical Aarti at Parmarth Niketan on Triveni Ghat, and the graffiti-filled ruins of the Beatles Ashram where The Fab Four composed in 1968 — Rishikesh offers a rare blend of spirituality and adventure.
Har Ki Pauri & Ganga Aarti — The most sacred ghat of Haridwar where the Ganges enters the plains — witness the breathtaking evening Ganga Aarti with thousands of oil lamps, priests and chanting. A holy dip here is believed to cleanse all sins.
Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula — Rishikesh's iconic iron suspension bridges spanning the Ganges — each connecting ashrams, temples and yoga centres. A stroll across at sunrise or sunset, with the Himalayas as a backdrop, is unforgettable.
Triveni Ghat — The largest bathing ghat in Rishikesh, believed to be the confluence of three holy rivers — Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. The evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan here is a deeply moving musical ceremony.
Beatles Ashram — The ruins of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram where The Beatles stayed and composed much of the White Album in 1968 — today a vibrant open-air gallery of graffiti art, murals and spiritual imagery set in the forest.
Arrive at Delhi Airport — meet our driver and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, head out for Delhi sightseeing: the iconic Rajpath boulevard, the Mughal grandeur of Red Fort, the street food and heritage of Old Delhi, and an evening shopping spree at Connaught Place. Overnight stay in Delhi.
